Akaroa Winery, nestled on the north facing slopes of the lush hills above the historical village, produces wines with great intensity and finesse. Unfortunately, the devastating earthquake in September of 2010 damaged much of Akaroa and the winery itself and we are finally recovering, and what better way than to open the doors for a worthy cause to benefit our community.

Party goers at the official launch of the Global Party in London on September 8th will savour their glass filled with wine from Akaroa Winery of New Zealand’s Takamatua Valley Vineyards. As official wine sponsors at the celebration, to be hosted at the Natural History Museum in London, Akaroa Winery has prepared two varietals to toast the party of the century – a Bronze Medal Cuvee Blanc and a lush Pinot Noir.
